Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days if placed before 3 PM. For electric dirt bikes, processing may take up to 4 business days. If additional accessories or custom installations are included, please allow an extra 1–2 days for preparation.

We work hard to ship orders quickly, but occasional delays may occur. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: Orders over $1000 (Estimated delivery: 4–7 days)
• Express Shipping: $85 worldwide (Estimated delivery: 2–3 days)

Freight Shipping (Bikes)

Due to their size and weight, electric dirt bikes are shipped via Freight LTL.

• Delivery appointments are required
• Please provide a valid phone number and email at checkout
• Liftgate service is included if needed
• Additional services (e.g., inside delivery) may incur extra charges

If your address is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

• Local courier services (when applicable)

All shipments include tracking, and high-value orders require a signature upon delivery.

Important Shipping Notes

• Customers must provide a valid delivery address capable of receiving shipments
• P.O. Boxes are not recommended for large or high-value shipments
• You may redirect packages to a UPS or FedEx location for pickup if needed
• Address changes are not possible once freight shipments are in transit

Battery Shipping

Due to hazardous material regulations, lithium batteries may have shipping restrictions depending on region. In some cases, delivery timelines may vary.

Warranty Policy

Dirt Electric Bikes provides a 24-month (2-year) limited warranty on all products. This covers defective parts or accessories under normal use and maintenance.

We also offer dedicated technical support to assist you with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Battery Warranty

Batteries are covered by a 1-year limited warranty:

• Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced at no cost within the first year
• Warranty remains tied to the original purchase date
• No cash reimbursements will be issued

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (chains, brake components, bearings, etc.)
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint chips)
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence
• Unauthorized modifications or use of non-genuine parts
• Improper charging, storage, or handling
• Use in racing or extreme conditions beyond intended purpose

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
